The Kaia app now offers comprehensive support for pelvic health, with therapies for common pelvic floor dysfunctions (PFD) like pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, and postpartum recovery – all included within the Kaia musculoskeletal (MSK) program. Developed by our clinical team using the latest evidence and research, we provide integrative and holistic care through pelvic floor exercises and pelvic health education content based on each user’s condition.
